Are there any discounts available?

We want to make this event open and accessible to all. If you have financial hardship, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I attend part of the event?

There are only two options for registration either the full conference or one presentation. There is no option single day attendance.

What is the refund policy?

All refund requests and grievances must be received in writing via email to conference@sciba.org.

*Refund request must be received by January 15.  All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing via email. To report a grievance or request a copy of the grievance policy please send an email. to conference@sciba.org. Deposit (of $275) is not refundable. However, if the cancellation notice is received by February 1, then the deposit can be applied to the following years’ conference. Refund requests received prior to January 15 will be refunded minus the deposit.

What is the Code of Conduct?

Code of Conduct is a set of behaviors that are to be displayed by each individual based on respect and integrity. Each individual is to follow these guiding principles by the letter and the spirit of the following codes. As professionals, members and attendees of Southern California Institute for Bioenergetic Analysis (SCIBA) we commit to upholding the following:
