Learning objectives for attending scheduled presentations and participating in group process. Participation prepares professionals to be able to:
Identify the traumatic impact of one or two unpredictable changes in their life and list 3 coping mechanisms.
Use three exercises to tune in to their body and in particular to their autonomic nervous system (Dana, 2021) in times of change.
Select two strategies to help themselves and their patients find their own ground and self-regulate when coping with states of imbalance resulting from transitional events in their lives.
Develop ideas about the sources of anxiety within therapists themselves and their patients especially as it relates to navigating life transitions.
Additional learning objectives will be added as presenters submit their summaries.

Add CEs to your registration fee for $50.
Certificates of attendance will be provided after the evaluation is completed and turned on Sunday, prior to your departure.
CEs will not be awarded for meal breaks, breaks, morning exercise classes, and evening discussions and activities.
