Learning to Fly
DANTE MORETTI, BIOENERGETIC ANALYST (CBT), FACULTY CANDIDATE
We are living in a new cognitive revolution. Facing a problem with technology that still doesn't have a name. Artificial intelligence is part of our lives and we confuse real and virtual. Bodily interactions have greatly decreased. People stay in their homes in front of screens. Levels of depression and anxiety have never been higher.
We need an upgrade.
Embrace complexity and learn to use technology in the service of the self.
As always, the answer is within.
Listening to our spontaneous gestures. We need to learn to fly to navigate the big-data highway.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
After this presentation participants will:
identify 3 stimuli/memories/signs that lead them to euphoria and 3 that lead them to depression. Through a timeline, participants will describe events that led them to euphoria or depression during their lives. They will also be able to appreciate that euphoria and depression are part of our lives;
describe the difference between intrinsic and extrinsic blood circulation; between vasoconstriction and vasodilation; between tension and relaxation; loading and unloading; sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system; reptilian, limbic and neocortex brain; temperament, personality and character;
