Getting Through the Ups and Downs
Paola Alessio, LCSW, Certified Bioenergetic Therapist, Local Trainer
Anxiety, inherent to human existence, serves as an essential catalyst for growth. Recognizing it as a potential ally rather than a foe is crucial for personal development and requires building tolerance. This exploration delves into the aspects that foster growth and resilience, seen on a continuum with the most detrimental manifestations, as they are felt in the body. By learning to navigate the spectrum of anxiety, we can embrace the challenges and possibilities, cultivating a realistic and sustainable approach to life's inevitable ups and downs.
